Overview

With two MVP products in Angular, a third in React, and one more in planning; all built across teams in the United States and Serbia Florence needed to unify on a modern, scalable design language front-end framework.

Acting as the bridge between the Design, Engineering, and Leadership teams, I led the audit of existing systems and created a plan to implement the new design system across all products with minimal interruptions to ongoing feature work.
