To receive Curative's $0 healthcare, every member must complete a baseline visit that tailors their benefits to specific needs. Hard enough to implement with 20,000 members year 1; but with around 100,000 members at year 2 and 200,000 at year 3, we needed a solution that scaled without involving a massive hiring event and automated previously manual procresses.
